Mallow Parish

We urgently appeal for new Adorers to
cover 1 HOUR per week in the Adoration Chapel,
particularly hours from 12 midnight until 5 a.m.

Mallow Parish has had 24 Hour Eucharistic Adoration for almost 30 years
but in recent times the number of night hour Adorers has greatly dwindled
and without your support these night hours may well need to be curtailed.

Please volunteer 1 HOUR of your week and help us maintain 24 hour
Eucharistic Adoration in our Parish.
Enquiries to Parish Centre on
022 20276 or 086 1085098.

Catechism of the Catholic Church: Adult Studies:

In our diocese, there has been an ever increasing desire for more substantial faith formation. This is in line with what is happening all over Ireland and is very much consistent with the impassioned prayer which is taking place for the renewal of the Church in Ireland. As one young dad said recently, “I know I believe, but I am not always sure why I believe.”
A Catechism of the Catholic Church Adult Study group will begin in Mallow in September. Expressions of interest are now being received. Please note, places are limited. For more information and application forms, contact Fr Sean Corkery before 19th August 2018 on (086) 2420240 or at

  • Confessions in St. Mary’s Church -  every Saturday morning after Mass as usual.

  • Church of the Resurrection - weekly Confessions will be on Friday morning after Mass instead of Saturday morning.

There will be no Confessions on the First Thursday in St Mary’s.  Instead they will be before evening Mass on the First Friday in whichever church Mass is celebrated.
